Historical Adobe
Project TeamcloseHistorical Adobe
A ranch style addition was added to this 1928 Monterey Adobe in the 1970s. It was the new owner’s wish to revisit this addition and better integrate it with the original structure. By complimenting the original architecture and interior details and using original windows and roof tiles, the second story addition blends with the historical home. A large walnut counter from a nearby fallen tree creates the center of the commercial style kitchen for these well known Monterey restaurateurs.
