This Community Center was to be built on an historic rancheria near the original round house site, for the United Auburn Indian tribe. It was to be the administrative center, primary school and meeting place for the tribe. The dome shaped meeting hall was inspired by the foothill round houses  - it had an operable center skylight and an all oak interior.
