    A message from Philip Glass:

"This is an architect's illustration of the projected future home of the Glass Center for the Music, Art, Science and Conservation at the Brazil Ranch in Big Sur. We are currently applying with the US Forest Service. The low building to the right is the existing barn, which will be renovated to accommodate performances, lectures, environmental and educational activities. The larger building to its left is the proposed design for the performance center itself - a multi-use facility for dance, music, theater and the exchange of ideas. I am presenting this project to you with the intention of generating community support to help us make this magnificent site our future home."
